EURUSD is under pressure. Price has followed our expectations for a bounce at the beginning of the week towards 1.0955 and then it got rejected. Price is now trading near the weekly lows, very close to breaking to new lower lows. Price has already broken below the green support trend line, increasing the chances that the entire upward move is completed. The weekly candlestick is bearish because of the long upper tail. Inability from bulls to hold on to their gains is a sign of weakness. EURUSD remains vulnerable to a move lower towards the 38% Fibonacci retracement around 1.06. This week's high is important resistance. As long as we trade below this level we remain bearish.
