Bitcoin is trading around $83,080, showing a slight recovery following the sharp downtrend that began over the weekend, dropping from $85,100 to a low of $82,600.
Bitcoin could rebound in the coming days and test the $83,984 zone, where the 21-day SMA is located. BTC could even reach the 7/8 Murray level around $84,375. If the upward momentum persists, we could expect Bitcoin to return to the $87,500 level.
The Eagle indicator is showing a negative signal, so we will look to sell Bitcoin in the coming days. However, we must be cautious as the H1 chart shows oversold conditions, so we will wait for the pair to reach resistance levels before resuming our bearish cycle.
In the coming days, we expect Bitcoin to reach the 6/8 Murray support levels around $81,250, and ultimately, we could see a strong consolidation around $79,458.
